James Grech spent the majority of his career at large companies in finance and sales before leaving the corporate world to focus on his true passion – building a home energy company that genuinely puts customers first.
As founder of Always On Energy, James oversees finance, marketing, strategy, and new business development. His purpose from day one still drives the company forward: to provide New York City homeowners and business owners with effective, budget-friendly home energy solutions backed by real expertise and honest advice.
James lives in Douglaston, Queens, with his wife and two children.
